BGluMon 6.0.1 - urgent fix

BGluMon 6.0.1 with urgent fix is submitted to AppStore and asked for expedited review.

Dear BGluMon users,

We want to inform you about an important update concerning BGluMon, our glucose monitoring application. We have identified a critical issue that may cause the app to crash at startup for some users. Our development team has worked swiftly to address this problem, and we have submitted version 6.0.1 to the App Store with an urgent fix. We have also requested an expedited review from Apple to ensure this update reaches you as quickly as possible.

If you are experiencing issues with BGluMon, please follow these important instructions:

  1. Do not delete the application from your device. Doing so may result in the loss of your valuable health data. We understand how crucial this information is for managing your glucose levels effectively.
  2. Wait for the corrected version. We are doing everything in our power to make the fixed version available as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time.
  3. Backup your data as a precaution. While we don't anticipate any data loss, it's always wise to have a backup. You can save your data by following these steps:
    • Connect your device to a computer with iTunes.
    • In iTunes, navigate to your device's File Sharing section.
    • Look for BGluMon in the list of apps.
    • In the BGluMon Documents folder, you will find a folder named "Database".
    • Save this Database folder to your computer's hard drive.

If you have already uninstalled the application:

If you reinstall the application - You can start using the application before the coming update, but you will lose your previous data. However, if you followed the backup procedure described above before uninstalling, you will be able to restore your data once the updated version is available.
